OnePlus 15s Leaks: Compact Flagship with 7,000mAh Battery, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5
In addition to soon presenting the new OnePlus 15 with true flagship specifications, the Chinese brand is also planning a device initially called the OnePlus 15s.
Sources with access to the manufacturer’s plans also indicate that this model may be known as the OnePlus 15T in some markets.
Regardless, it is expected to feature a compact body thanks to its flat 6.3-inch OLED display, which should offer 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate.
Processing power, meanwhile, is guaranteed by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 platform, and the chipset may work in conjunction with up to 16 GB of RAM.
According to the leak source, the OnePlus 15s should offer consumers a camera module quite similar to the one that will be used in the standard OnePlus 15.
Thus, we can expect the presence of a main lens, an ultrawide sensor, and a telephoto lens with optical zoom, while the battery will be a massive 7,000 mAh.
This means the Chinese brand will use a silicon-carbon component to ensure this high capacity in the device.
Completing the set are an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader and native Android 16. At the moment, it is still too early to be sure about the launch of the OnePlus 15s, but we already know that the Chinese company has “other cards up its sleeve.”
A clear example of this is the launch of the OnePlus 15 later this month, and we can also expect a premium mid-range device in November.
