Pokémon TCG Pocket is about to celebrate its one-year anniversary with a bunch of new features, events, and some very powerful monster cards.

Today, the Pokémon Company announced TCG Pocket’s forthcoming Mega Rising set, which will introduce a number of Mega Evolved pokémon that first appeared in the X / Y DS games (and return in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.) The new expansion will release on October 30th — the same day that TCG Pocket adds a new feature that allows players to “share” a single card of 1-4 diamond rarity per day with friends. The game is also expanding the pool of cards that can be traded, and it will now be possible to swap cards with double star rarity as well as shiny cards.

And to get everyone caught up on previous promos they might have missed, the game will launch a couple of reissue events that kick off on October 29th.
